<WILKS FORMULA 早見表(男性)>
◇パワーリフティング競技では、オーバーオール(全階級)で誰がベストリフターかを決めるときにこのフォーミュラ係数を用いて比較します。
◇WILKS FORMULAはIPFのホームページ(http://www.powerlifting-ipf.com/wilks.htm)に掲載されています。 「体重毎のフォーミュラ係数×挙上重量=フォーミュラ」
◇フォーミュラ係数の決まり方については、パワーリフター三上さんのホームページ(http://club.pep.ne.jp/~mikami1/power05.htm)に分かりやすく解説されています。
◆下の表は一番左側の列に「体重」を約2kg刻みで、一番上の行に「挙上重量」を5kg刻みで掲載しました。
例えば、体重75kgでベンチプレス145kgの人はフォーミュラ(2005年5月3日現在)は103.3270ということになります。また体重52kgでベンチプレス110kgの人が
フォーミュラ107.9430ですので、比較すると絶対重量は145kgを挙げた体重75kgの人の方が優っていますが、体重比の挙上割合では体重52kgの人の方が
優っていたとみれるわけです。
◇別の視点から見ると、仮に元々体重71kgで140kgを挙げていた人はフォーミュラ103.7960ですので、体重75kgで145kgを挙げたと言ってもフォーミュラは
変わっていないかむしろ落ちていると見るべきかもしれず、挙上重量が増えてもあまり喜んでばかりはいられません。
◇やっと私もフォーミュラが100を超えたところです。今年の挙上目標は150kgですので、それだとフォーミュラはまだ106.8900です。
最終的にはフォーミュラ120ぐらいにはしたいですね。でもそれだと170kg挙げないと駄目かぁ〜、遠いなぁ・・・。
